Hi friends! The time has come for us to have a home where we are free to talk about the issues important to us ... without our tech overlords having a say about what WE say. We'll keep posting over on Facebook, but hope to build a troll-free community for you here on Locals. I can't promise we'll always agree, but I can promise you this will be a platform on which you are free to share your views.

As always, please let me know what I can do to make this community work for you. I'd really love to see us emphasize activism again, so let's put that as a goal for this page.

And I'm planning some new stuff -- a sort of SGP 2.0 -- for 2021, so stay tuned for that.
